The media could not be loaded. It worked for a month and then it stopped. Every time I selected a program, after a few seconds it will go back to zero. Very annoying. Amazon allowed me to return it, so I'm now waiting for the second one to arrive from the same brand. Besides the fact that it stopped working, the positive is that I could see some changes on my body definition pretty quickly. I even lost 4 lb after a month of daily use, but I cannot for sure say it was due to the use of this device as I continue to workout regularly. One thing that I have to point out to is that after 10 days of nonuse, the definition on my body went away pretty quickly- not sure why so fast ... show more

The device itself is easy to put together only issue is with the gel pads and the gel that comes with the pad comes off relatively easy if your not careful. The device seems to make my muscles tense up but it mostly feels like I'm being electrocuted regardless its a fun device to mess with with your friends I can't tell whether or not this is a legitimate device for burning belly fat but if anything its a nice sports massage not very easy to maintain but mine did come with a peice of plastic film so I use that as a cover for the gel pads. ... show more

    • Requires a USB charging cable, it didn't come with one/any
Luckily I own a compatible charging cable. However the installations are very poor concerning how to replace OR install the sticky conduct pads. It highly likely you'll get the wrong idea and waste most of them before it becomes apparent how to properly use them. TIPS: 1) be sure the control devices are charged 2) connect control device to a pad 2a) it may be helpful to use the control a bit and use its buttons before it's stuck to your body. You're likely need to learn how to adjust it without being able to see the display while stuck on some parts of your body. 3) peal the blue covers off the sticky pads; this can be difficult. Be sure to leave the clear sticky part on pad it will hold the device to you skin 4) then stick the pad on your skin base on the type of pad (arm,leg,abdomen etc) 5) that care not to turn it up too much 6) replace the clear pads with new ONLY after the an old pad becomes bad and it is fully removed ... show more
