Nearly everything about this cabinet is good - really well packaged, very clear assembly instructions, assembly is easy, final product is sturdy, the doors stay closed when closed and open when open, and it looks nice, too. The locks are pretty basic and will just barely keep honest people honest, but I didn’t buy it for lockable doors anyway. I am totally happy and would (might soon) buy it again without reservation. So, why 4 stars, you ask? Well now, there are a few things that could be better, so grab a cup of whatever tastes good and let me explain. First, despite excellent packaging and no damage to the exterior box, several panels had dents and scuffs on them. I believe this happened at the factory since some panels were interior ones. Nothing so bad that you’d notice it from 5 feet away but it’s there. I’m using this in my workshop so it doesn’t bother me enough to send back. But they’re present. Second, this particular package lacked the four small metric nuts required to assemble the back panels. Thankfully I have a good stock of fasteners and just grabbed my own, but it would have been frustrating to be stymied on step #1 if I didn’t. Next, all the doors have magnets to hold them closed (I like!) but the left doors have a lip so that they are locked closed by the right side doors. Fine, but it means you have to open the right side to open the left side. Not a huge thing, just not what I would prefer. I’d rather have no locks and be able to open any door independently. Finally, it does come with four rubberized adjustable feet, but I had the feet all the way screwed in (raised) when I stood the cabinet up for the first time. This meant the exposed steel screws in the bottom of the cabinet were the first things to touch down and immediately scratched my flooring. That sucked. You can blame me for it - I do - but learn from my booboo and make sure the rubber feet extend down below the bottom of the steel screws before you upright it. Installation is Not All That Easy But Worth the Effort Even with the excellent Installation Manual, which is downloadable as a PDF file, installtion is not as easy as claimed on the Amazon page. No way one person can put this together in no forty minutes. The installation manual itself indicates that you need two people and it took us nearly two hours. That said, I must compliment them on the clarity of the manual and the labelling of the components. The ten page manual is mainly a set of line drawings with just a bit of text, all of it easy to understand. The first two pages diplay each component, clearly labelled with a letter which corresponds to the letters on the small round stickers on the pieces themselves. Eleven kinds of fasteners, ranging in number from 2 to 41, each set in its own clear plastic sealable baggie, marked by a round letter sticker just like the components. So far so good. The Phillips head screwdriver provided will do the job but better you equip yourself with one with a magnetized shaft, the better to engage the annoying 41 type N fasteners, very short metal screws which are hard to thread with the fingers. Also the grip on their screwdriver is fairly small. We used a rubber grip you might use to open cap of a bottle or jar to get more torque. Now with four insertable shelves and the bottom tpp you really have five shelves to put your stuff on. The space inside the cabinet is 67 inches (170 cm) so you have 13 inches (33 cm) of clearance if shelves are spaced evenly. It would be nice if they offered kits of two extra shelves and fasteners to be purchased and shipped separately for storing things that do not need that much clearance. ... show more

These cabinets are very nice and functional. They seem to be sturdy and well made. They were well packaged but the shipper still managed to cause some dents in the cabinets. Nothing serious or that caused any problem assembling. They were easy to assemble. I ordered 3 but somehow FedEx lost one in transit. How can you lose a 6 foot 101lb package? Thus my reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Communication with the seller was relatively easy and they replaced the cabinet FedEx lost. I will probably order more of these for my garage although I’d like to find some wider than 36”. All in all I’d say the cabinets are worth the cost. ... show more

Easy to assemble in my garage using a sheet of plywood across 2 sawhorses as a table made for perfect working height. Packaged really well with no damage. Pretty heavy oblong box when delivered. Moving the box with a dolly is ideal. I managed by myself but I am also a physical beast who enjoys lifting heavy things. It’s a sickness and I’ll eventually hurt myself. Don’t be me. Love the blue color. Comes with keys to lock the doors. Good quality and less than 1/2 the price for one of similar quality at Home Deep-Hole.Took about an hour to casually put it together ( not rushing). Very simple instructions. ... show more

For the price, you can't beat it. Install sheet was good, simple to assemble. A drill with phillips head bit made it much quicker. The leveling foot adjustment can be done from inside the cabinet with a flat head, which is a nice feature once the cabinet is anchored to the wall. The door now has magnets on it to hold it mostly shut without locking. I plan to just hot glue the key in place and use it like a knob. I ordered in Sept 2023. The packaging must have been upgraded recently, because they now put sheet metal boxes around both ends of the parts to prevent them from being damaged in shipping. The wall anchors are junk, so dont bother with them. But everything else was great. I plan to buy 2-3 more units as we need the additional storage space. ... show more
