Well made product in every aspect. Works as designed. Totally satisfied. The product was well packaged with corner protectors and styrofoam protection for glass and frame. Illustration pictures are helpful, but you will have to do simple measurement calculations to determine height to hang wall brackets. Just install regular electrical receptacle behind glass away from controller box, plug in mirror and hang. That simple. Hallway Bath (24 X 36): Lighting is excellent in 10.5L X 5.5W x 9H room. In my case, front lighting is bright enough without having to turn on bathroom light. RGB back lighting adds ambiance. Lighting is well diffused. Defogger works as designed. Master Bath (55 X 36): Lighting is excellent in 15L X 8.5W x 20H room. Front lighting is bright enough without having to turn on bathroom light. RGB back lighting adds ambiance. I've had this mirror for a little less than a week, but me and my wife loves it. I needed a bigger mirror (I'm tall) and she needed better lighting to do her makeup. Its a win win for the two us. It was packed well and arrive in like 4 days. The only issue I had was the blue power lights on the mirror stayed on and there weren't any instructions on how to turn them off. If you need an night light it's good. But I didn't. My entire door to my bathroom is glass so it just kinda kept my bed room illuminated all night. After a chat with the seller, I was told how to turn it off. It's very easy and the direction to do should be added in the box. (Black pictures at the end, door closed, door opened, mirror off) 5 Stars! Really couldn't ask for more out of mirror, but if they every wanted to update this thing I would like to have like a calendar, sport updates, Bluetooth,weather/temp, maybe some news, and a free sample to see if they got right. 😀 ... show more

This gets many compliments! It can get super bright, so I usually keep it on its lowest setting. It was not too hard to hang with a stud finder (it’s heavy and needs studs!). Only thing I wish was different was that the preferred settings were saved (ie color & brightness) instead of always having to touch the mirror & flip through. However, I bought a plug & wireless remote switch on Amazon, and it saves the settings (search: wireless remote wall switch)! So now I can flip on that switch, and it goes to my last saved settings on the mirror. Overall, this takes my bathroom to another level! Worth the splurge! ... show more
