The green is a bright "Christmas elf green", not the lighter muted green in the photos. It's "velour-like" since it's a bit thinner then most plush velour. This thinner fabric may be preferred for women who want something lighter to wear. What I dislike is something I noticed in some of the photos: The side seams of the pants were not flat but appeared to be slightly bunched in some places. Depending on body type and needs, that may not be a deal breaker. For the price, I'd say buy in a couple of sizes and colors to determine if you like them. ... show more
