    • Won't work if you follow instructions
First you should know these machines come very quickly via DHL Express which is a yellow van that you probably have never seen before. Second, you will want to read the instructions many times. Unfortunatly, if you follow the instructions the machine will never work. You can wait forever for the intensity light to turn blue, but if you first add some therapy time (on the left) the intensity light will turn blue immediately. As soon as you dial up the intensity, the blue light will begin to flash but for no apparent reason. I avoid the middle section (pulsing) because I don't understand it. The machine will definitely pump ultrasonic energy (through a coupling medium or gel) into tissue. It helps a great deal to have someone to say "That sure feels good!" ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Its strong , good for physical therapy - and bone joint issues and use the gel! Great machine and glad I purchased it. In my video I compare this product vs popular hand held products sold on amazon. I ran many races in my day, and ultrasound kept me injury free.

Just received it and used it for the first time and love it. The quality is exactly like the one my therapist uses on my knee. It has already brought some ease to my knee after my first use. It is a well made machine with quality cords and will last a long time. Highly recommend it.

    • Didn’t work!
The display lit up when I plugged it in, but the lights never turned blue—so the ultrasound itself would not come on. As per one of the other reviews, I tried adding therapy time, but sadly, this didn’t work for me. I also tried letting it sit turned on for an hour and turned all the dials by themselves and in combination, but if there was a secret to making the lights turn blue, I didn’t discover it. In addition to this major problem, the instructions were also incomplete and poorly written. And one of the rubber stabilizers on the bottom was missing—I had to prop the thing up on a folded up napkin. This thing is on its way back! ... show more

    • Barely worked, very disappointed
We were only able to get one tiny dot on the wand to generate any ultrasound even though we used plenty of conducive gel. Turning up the intensity only made the tiny dot hurt. This was nothing like getting ultrasound at physical therapy. Maybe we just happened to get a defective unit, but the machine seemed really cheaply made so we didn't bother getting a replacement.     • Poor Quality and Terrible Packaging
I received my parcel today, and oh my, the stench was unbearable. It smelled like feces, and I felt as if I was holding a lump of dry dung in my hands. What was even more disappointing was that it didn't even come in a proper product box. Upon opening the ghastly packaging, I was met with a sight of low-quality, scattered, and tattered foam protection board.
