First, to comment on the smell, in the beginning, I absolutely did not like it. My sister and father also had the same reaction to the first spray as well. But after a few days or so, I began to wear it, and I was very pleased in how the scent changed and grew on me. My dad loves it now too, lol. I got so many compliments on this scent, and while it’s not the best thing I’ve ever smelled, the people around me love it and so do I! My friend also asked me about what I had on and she went to buy it, and at first she said it didn’t smell as good on her as it did on me, then a few weeks later she said she loved it. So if you don’t like it at first, I’m guessing that’s normal, just wait a while and see how it grows on you. I also pair mine with fragrance oil and body mists now, and I get so many compliments. This fragrance works great with others, so if you don’t love it by itself, try it with something else and see if that works for you. SCENT: The scent is a subtle sweet with a hint of floral. It’s not overpowering at all, very warm. It gives a youthful feel, but not childlike. I don’t get strawberries from this scent, but it would go great with a strawberry oil or something. Just a tip, spray it from a distance from you so it lays on you in a misty way (you get more out of the scent this way). FOR THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A BETTER DEAL ON SHEIN: In the photo with 2 bottles, the one on the left is from Amazon and the one on the right is from SHEIN. I bought both of these at the same time (about 4 months ago) and there are major differences. The price on SHEIN ranges between $10 - $15, and the reviews are decent, but the one from Amazon is better in my opinion. The scents are slightly different as the Amazon bottle is a lot more potent and long lasting. The integrity of the exterior of the bottles are different too…the label of the SHEIN bottle is withering and I’m able to peel it off effortlessly, and I can’t necessarily do that with the Amazon bottle. I could peel off the label on the Amazon bottle if I wanted to, but it’s certainly not as easy. Also, the Amazon logo is holding up perfectly and is not scratching off like the SHEIN bottle. Also the boxes are different as well. The SHEIN box does come with a holographic sticker, but it is not the same as the Amazon sticker. I’m not sure if the SHEIN model is fake, it may just be an older version, but if I were to buy this perfume again (which I did), I would purchase it here from Amazon.

Update #2: Ok… don’t laugh… Well…okay… little…. I’m coming off a Covid high… Showered… Sprayed myself down with Yara and…… I smell of an Intense can of Play-doh! I loved that smell… So! I just hit the Buy button… Again!!!! 💕 Update#1: I’ve worn Yara 3 days in a row now. It’s becoming my go to for day and night. It’s just decadent. It can be worn year round. I put two sprays on at night before bedtime. I smell it throughout the night and I can still smell it when I wake up in the morning. My husband says I smell beautiful. He loves it! I keep trying to pick out all the scents in it. I’m down to: Very light floral, marshmallowy creamy pineapple, amber, vanilla and a slight powdery scent. Just Yummy without being juvenile. I did receive Candy and Tous. Both are a big NO for me. Candy smells like a juvenile and cheap dime store cotton candy fragrance and Tous smells like a cheap floral and incense fragrance. A big No Go on those two for me but Yara? I BIG YES!! I now own 3 bottles of it because I’m scared they’ll stop making it. Original Review: Yummy! Yummy! Yummy! I was perusing on Amazon like I always do and found myself looking at perfume again. This bottle popped up in my daily items of “ You Might Like These”. The pink bottle caught my eye and I had to look and read about it. Of course all the positive reviews were there but I was like “Does it really smell that good?” It’s an Arabic perfume and my mind and nose started saying it’s going to smell like incense. So I read some more about it, cruised past it, came back to it and decided to buy it. I convinced myself if it smells bad, at least the bottle is pretty. 💁. So a couple days go by and it arrives. No leaks, well packaged and bottle looked just like the photo. So… how does it smell? Yummy! Yummy! Yummy! No incense! I smell, a juicy citrus, almost pineapple like, amber, vanilla, a little bit powdery, it’s absolutely decadent and beautiful! It’s not a juvenile gourmand fragrance. Get BBW out of your head. I really can’t describe all these different scents in it. One second my nose captures a beautiful pink flower and then it shifts to juicy tropical fruits, then it shifts to a light airy powdery scent. This perfume makes me feel beautiful! The sillage is pretty good. I put on two sprays and it lasted about 8 hours. Right out of the bottle it’s a bit in your face but give it about 10 minutes and the dry down is mesmerizing. This perfume is beautiful! I immediately ordered another bottle of the Yara and purchase two other scents while I was at it-Tous and Candy. Go ahead and hit the Buy Button. You won’t regret this purchase if you are a gourmand scent person.

I love this perfume! It smells amazing! It has a vanilla scent but not too sweet and floral undertone. Great for everyday use and not overpowering. The bottle quality is absolutely stunning. Lasts about 6 hours which is longer than I expected it. I little goes a long way, no more than two sprays needed.

smells great , i’m more of a fruity scent type of girl but this i can tolerate it’s not too vanilla sweet or caramel it’s more cookies n cream and a lot of people tell me i smell good, i can’t really smell it on myself but other people definitely do so great, and not strong, cute design

Delicious, creamy, and worth all the hype! If you love sweet, gourmand scents, Yara is a must-have. It smells like soft vanilla, fluffy marshmallows, and light tropical fruit. It’s light enough for daily wear, leaves a subtle trail, and the bottle feels heavy and well-made. Definitely lives up to the viral hype — 10/10 value for the price!

I was in a hospital bed very ill & the night nurse judt smelled amazing. Me being a perfume girl I asked her whst she was wearing. She brought the bottle to me & put some in me, and ive been hooked ever since. Tjis is a beautiful feminine scent. Floral & light powder. I get compliments all the time & I had to purchase 2 others fir my granddaughter & daughter. Ivd purchased 3 other scents & all good!
