    • A great quality product that stands the test of time!

If you're reading this review, you're obviously looking around for a quality product; Look no further... I've installed many underglow kits of different brands on various personal and customer vehicles and definitely recommend Xprite. The underglow kit on my daily driver has endured over 100,000kms through wet Vancouver weather and slushy winter conditions and the kit still works flawlessly. Any questions that I've had were always taken care of by the great customer service by the Xprite team. Through no fault of Xprite, the item ordered was damaged by UPS and the customer service agent was very helpful in resolving the issue. The product is of high quality and installation is very easy; a repeat customer for sure! ... show more

    • Works for 2 weeks, then stops
Color: 6Pcs RGBIC Underglow Light
Had mine professionally installed. Worked fine with no LEDs out, for 2 weeks. Maybe only used it 7-8 times. All the colors on the remote didn't seem to display correctly either until you raised or lowered the brightness. Now it doesn't respond to the remote at all. The remote button lights up to button push inputs but the lights don't respond now. Will have to take it back to the shop and spend more money to have it troubleshot. Haven't contacted the company yet nor reported for failure. Based on other reviews, I don't feel very confident in being successful in either. At this time I definitely do NOT recommend buying from this company. Kicking myself for not reading reviews prior to purchase, as I usually do. Will update if successful troubleshooting or replacement. ... show more

    • Do not Buy buyer beware
Color: 6Pcs RGBIC Underglow Light
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT SPEND THE MONEY ON ARURA OPT 7. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY I have bought this product and the first one they sent me the controller wouldn't work so they sent a replacement and the replacement only lit up in white no other color. I am a master mechanic I've been doing things like this since the 90's. So upset after the second one failing to work through bluetooth and remote I contacted "Tech support" furnished them with pictures and description and instead of sending a good product they charged me for both on the sly. No contact back no request for return nothing. If you dont want $300 to be thrown in the trash don't buy this product. After letting amazon know they did their investigation and returned the money. this company's customer service is a joke ... show more

    • Looks can be deceiving. Need better quality control.
Color: 6Pcs RGBIC Underglow Light
Worked great for about one hour. Once I got the app downloaded and started programming the 3 preset settings, the problems began. 2 of the 6 lights are lighting up in white only. Those same two lights want to stay on even when power is switched off. Install took longer than the lights lasted.

    • Cool till they are not
Color: 6Pcs RGBIC Underglow Light
Unplugged it to paint my car and plugged it all back in and now it only lights up a white ish color. Can't get none of the controls to work at all. And a 4" spot on them just stopped working. Bought them in January. And no idea why all this happened at once. Kinda disappointed
