So I have had this pole for about a month. The install was easy because I didnt do it! lol My boyfriend put it together for me, and it took him about 30 minutes. The pole is very sturdy and doesnt move out of place. He swung on it a few times to make sure it wouldnt fall, and he is about 210.. he did a few run and jumps on it to make sure it wouldnt move. The only thing i have against this pole is near the bottom of the pole there are studs that you use to change it from static to spinning. They are annoying as you slide down because they arent even with the pole. They kind of stick out so you rub against them when you slide down at the very botton. they should just put those on the base with a simple switch. It is very annoying. Otherwise I love my pole

If you are looking for something to get you into shape then I highly recommend this product. You will find muscles that you never knew you had. I still have this pole and it has helped me to become more flexible and strong. I love this product so much that I always try to upgrade when something new comes out. Any fitness level can use this product. Beginner to super advanced. You will always be able to improve yourself. Also, this can also be something to add a little spice to the bedroom. But if you are just wanting this as a novelty item you will be disappointed in the price. This is a professional product for serious buyers. Having used other poles, this is the only brand I will ever own.

ok it was a little hard to put up.... i put it up wrong n ...ladies... i jumped on n timberrrrrrrrrrrrrr. man down ...the pole came with me...butttt after my brother correctly put it up i was good to go.... nice n sturdy i love it.... its been 4 months im getting better.. i love love love my xpole ...expect to get 1 more for my living room

LOVE!! The Xpole. Tho it is harder to use than the poles in class, it is training me for competitions. More grip strength is required on a 45mm. The pole is extremely beautiful and makes you look like a true professional. Not just some chick who thought it would be cute to have a random dance pole in her house. Sexy :)

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A POLE, let me save you time and money. The product itself is excellent, five starts, because x-pole is a great company. This Amazon seller on the other hand wasn't helpful at all. My order arrived almost a week late because they messed up my order and when I called them about not getting my package they said they would send them immediately, which they did, but they forgot to mention that their policy is that you need to be present to receive the package because they want someone to sign it. Long story short, I got my pole by taking a taxi and traveling to FedEx myself. I bought my pole 3 weeks in advance before a trip a had and I had to change my tickets and lost a lot of money arranging to get my product. Amazon wasn't helpful either because they wouldn't take any of this things into account and the most they could offer me was a full refund minus the 15% restocking fee. IF YOU ARE BUYING A POLE BUY FROM X POLE DIRECTLY, they have a 3 day shipping guarantee and are very professional. It costs a little more for the shipping but is worth it. I WILL DEFINATELY WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN.

I pole danced in the past but stopped about two years ago and recently realized my "pole body" was no where to be found and only being 23, I wanted it back. ASAP. So I saved up, ordered this pole, and it was here in three days! (thank god bc the suspense and excitement from not being on a pole for so long was killing me.) The color looks sooo nice and classy and the titanium gold grip is great. Some other customers complained but I really have never been on a better pole in my life. It spins so perfectly and it feels so safe and secure even tho I kind of have a popcorn/textured ceiling and I don't think any damage has occurred yet. I also love the 45mm size over the 50mm. I was really hesitant getting the smaller size but I 100% am glad now with my decision after trying it out the last couple hours.

I love my Xpert Gold X-Pole. Very easy to assembly. It's a little heavy to carry, but it's the best option to go; and to stay at home without any modifications at ceiling or floor. Gold gives an extra glamour touch.
