This company is great! My prints were fantastic. The picture quality and material quality are amazing. I gave them as a gift to my wife and i think she fell in love with me all over again. Truthfully though at this point i love them as much as she does. They turned my bare living room into an art gallery of all my favorite memories. I needed the gift last minute and Amazon showed i could receive them next day. Their customer service assured me they would print them and ship them that day easing my skepticism. They did indeed deliver on their promise saving my butt. Ironically my wife said these were the best gift i had ever gotten her. I made the mistake of only ordering the prints without the frames thinking i could perhaps be thrifty and find a better price. I was wrong. The next ones i order (and i will be ordering more) i will definitely opt for buying the frames from them as well. It takes some work and there is a small learning curve but well worth it. The size is accurate, the pictures turn out very bright and vibrant, and the texture is smooth and soft. I doubt the camera on my phone does it true justice.

XIXI Decore did a good job, but UPS damaged the box so the final product had some wrinkles that I'm trying to remove before I initiate a return. The print quality if very good, and the dimensions of the print are perfect. Even though the print was shipped in a box, it might be better if prints are shipped in a round carboard tube as a way of trying to protect the print if a shipper crushes the container. A round tube should hold up better to abuse. The print was wrapped in plastic, and this was another good protective measure. This print was shipped ahead of schedule. I would order from this company again. Follow up: After I let the company know about the wrinkles in the print caused by UPS, they immediately contacted me with a solution- which involved careful use of a iron, on the back side of the print. It worked. Good company, good follow up!

I paid for the frame not knowing I was going to have to put it together! I paid way to much for me to do it myself!!!!!

I was very impressed with this print, did a super large and couldn't believe it for the price. The framing could be improved, but I understand the complications with shipping that could cause.

This is a 54"x36" blow up of a photo I took on my iPhone. I'm very pleased with the resolution of the photo when blown up to this size. The colors are not quit as vibrant as the original photo, so perhaps juice up the saturation and vibrance of your photos before sending to be printed. But I am completely happy with the results when an iPhone photo is blown up this large, and I think it will look stunning on my wall. You must build your own frame but that is not difficult if you are the least bit handy. For a print this size, I figure it will cost me $20 to $30 to get wood and L brackets from Home Depot. A few cuts with a miter saw, some glue and some screws, and I'll have a perfect frame to display this in our cabin.

Don’t buy the frame. The size is not correct, advertised for 60 inch, in reality it’s 59 making your canvas floating around and impossible to properly sit. Tried to reach out to the seller but I keep getting terrible generic messages not helpful. Now they are proposing that I repack everything, go to the post office, send it back and pay for it, to eventually maybe receive a refund after their “inspection”. Terrible communication and customer service. Do yourself a favor and move on!

The size, color, and quality are great! I expected the DIY frame to accompany the picture, as shown in the slides, but it did not. I’m hoping the company has one for purchase, so I can hang my pic (60x40) on the wall.
