I ordered a 2x and I do wear a 22-24 size. This fit loosely sits at the hip and has wiggle room so not tight to where all the blubber shows :) Color is bright red . The sleeves were a bit long but nothing drastic. This is a "t-shirt" material it is very comfortable and warm. It is not a thick shirt.
