The only reason I gave this blouse a "4" was because of sizing. I originally ordered a medium but returned it for a large. Love the pink dot, soft fabric and the 3/4 sleeves with the smocking - fit just right. The blouse is comfortable, I wear it mostly with jeans, but it would look nice with dress pants.
