It’s honestly a great dress for the price. I’m usually a size 4 or 6 and the small fit perfectly. I ordered it in two colors and didn’t realize until I got the dresses that there are two different styles. One has ties on both sides (gold one) and the other one has ties on one side (green one). With the ties on both side, you can alter the dress to any length you want, I showed three different styles in my photos. The one with two ties is a little more tight around the butt and I wouldn’t take this to the club since I can’t move my butt much, but I would take it to a nice dinner. The one with ties on one side can be worn either all the way long or with the ties tied up and draping from one side to the other. I tried to do this with the other gold dress and it didn’t look right. With the green dress with ties on one side, there’s a little extra room around the butt area which I like because I can dance in it. I don’t know if I’d recommend the dress that has ties on one side for shorter girls unless you like a longer dress since one side of the dress will always be at the same length. I think it’s great for taller women or people with long legs. The dress with two ties is good for any height since you can wear it as short or long as you want. Both of them carry a little extra fabric in the stomach area which helps to hide your stomach.

I ordered this dress for my daughter’s 3rd purple and pink Princess party. I ordered last minute and it was perfect. It was definitely see through, but it wasn’t very noticeable. And, not noticeable at all in pictures. I wore black panties and no bra. The purple was so pretty. I’m 5’3 141lbs, and ordered a small. My fiancé ended up proposing at the party, so this dress is special now! The quality is nice. It has no stretch, so order your correct size. The string on the side can be adjusted super high or low. I picked the middle adjustment, since it was a kids party. The comment about the strap adjusters being cheap, is true. Be gentle with adjusting the straps. The dress is affordable, so I’m not surprised about the plastic strap adjusters. I even wore my hair in a braid like the model. I definitely recommend this dress, and would buy again in a different color.

The dress is very comfortable, the split was a lot of fun - choosing how high or low I wanted it, and the dress fits so wonderfully. Only detractor was that it was kinda sheer. Wear the right undergarments! Would highly recommend!
