I bought these Wrangler Authentics Relaxed Fit Stretch Cargo Pants as a replacement because my previous pair finally wore out after about 10 years of regular use. That alone says a lot about the brand's durability. Here's my honest take on this new pair. Fit: The relaxed fit is exactly what I was looking for, comfortable through the seat and thighs without being too baggy. The stretch fabric is a game-changer, giving me plenty of mobility whether I'm bending, kneeling, or just moving around throughout the day. It's roomy where it counts but still looks put-together. Length: The length is just right for me. It hits at a good spot not too long where I'm stepping on the hem, and not too short where they look like high-waters. I can move freely without them riding up or bunching at the ankles. Versatility: These pants are incredibly versatile. I can dress them down with sneakers for a casual day out, pair them with boots for a more rugged look, or even wear them for light outdoor work. They transition easily from running errands to weekend projects to casual hangouts. They really fit a variety of settings and occasions. Opacity: No issues here at all. The fabric is thick enough that you don't have to worry about anything showing through. It's completely opaque and feels substantial without being heavy or stiff. I did swap colors this time around from a grey to a black and i love the black ones. Regular straight leg fit, ease of movement and cargo pockets make these pants perfect for my carpentry job. Pants are lightweight but the knees haven't torn or worn yet. Pants didn't shrink in wash.
