Because sometimes the reviews that I've read sound like an advertisement from the manufacturer. But, ive gotta put this one out here because it's real and I was very surprised at how well this product worked! I literally followed the directions (even though I thought my way of useing the stuff would work better) and pretty much instantly could see it working! I used it on a spot on my couch and on a mattress so far. I was worried about the drying time, which didn't take anywhere near as long as I thought! And possibly color fading where I used the product and again, wasn't an issue! I'd previously used a more expensive cleaner on both items to no avail, literally. This probably caused my doubt that thus would work initially. I was wrong! Both stains are gone! No strong smells. Just a light maybe clean linen kinda if smell that you really have to work to even notice. And I didn't have to scrub until my arm ached. That said, maybe different stains may require a lil bit more effort, but it's worth trying! The can says it has a scotch guard protectant too but honestly I just used it yesterday so I can't speak on that just yet. But seriously. If you have a stain, I'd recommend skipping the BS, and start here. It really worked and I definitely will use it again! ... show more

    • Injured the skin on my hand even though I washed it off, customer service never responded.
This did lift the dirt stains out of my carpet. But it left a very strong unpleasant odor for 4 days. Also, it says non toxic on the packaging and doesn't mention anything about needing to wear gloves or causing skin problems, but I accidentally sprayed a bit on my hand (which I immediately washed off with soap and water) and was left with horrible and painful burn/scrapes all over my hand for a week. I emailed their customer service about this including a picture of my hand and got no response. ... show more

    • This stuff is amazing it works.
This is an amazing product I reorder it every few months, not just to deepclean carpet, I have a shampooer for that, But its used during those times when you dont want to pull out the shampooer. Every few weeks I spray it down to keep the carpets fresh and smelling good. And it does cut down on the dirt in heavy traffic areas. I use to get it from the $store but they always only have one but I need three. I came on here to reorder more because Amazon offered a terrific price for this it use to be fifteen bucks but now its 10 bucks more. So Ill pass for now. But the stuff does work. ... show more

    • Didnt clean and smelled for over a week
I used this to clean a carpeted bedroom. Thank goodness the child was away at college because the smell was so bad for a long time. I left the windows open everyday for a week just to air it out. It took several days after that for it finally be ok to sleep in. Had the product cleaned well I would be ok with that however it looked no different than before. ... show more

I have a very thin loop woven area rug that I’ve had 7+ years without a full cleaning. There weren’t visible stains that I was looking to tackle so I was just looking to freshen it up. I bought a can in the store and tried it out The smell is just what I like, isn’t overwhelming and gave the rug the pick up it needed.     • Absolutely no redeeming qualities
I used this product as directed and it did absolutely nothing to improve the rug. Used it again, same result. Mixed vinegar and water with a little dawn dish soap...sprinkled baking soda across the area...sprayed mixed solution on baking soda...lightly brushed in and dabbed with clean white cloths. I let it dry and vacuumed, it looks great. Now I have 4 cans of this junk I can’t return. Hey kids guess what your getting for Christmas. ... show more

This smells amazing and can be used for your car seats! I've been using it regularly to wash my car mats, cloth car seats, and trunk mat. It leaves an amazing scent and takes care of the problem. For a family sized 4 seat car, you can take care of a really really dirty car, with 3 cans of it. Spray widely and let it soak in. Then you spray it lightly in the area you're about to scrub. If you want, dab it with a wet cloth or wipe it. If not, you're still good. It smells strong at first so keep your windows down for a week. I am shook. I had old stains that I had given up on, no cleaner, soap and water, vinegar nothing could lift these stains. Water stains, pet stains, even admittedly mud and food stains. Works within minutes dried quickly too. Carpet is fluffy and smells great. Will buy again.
