The media could not be loaded. After I bought it I looked at the reviews (so backwards right) so I got a little scared it was going to come damaged. But it came with a screwdriver and all the screws unlike some of the reviews. And it didn’t come damaged. It’s a little bigger than I thought , but I absolutely love it. And for those worried about the inside paint not being painted so what? It’s not like anyone is going to see that. But that’s just my opinion.

Although I am returning mine, it is not because it's cheaply made or anything like that. It's too big. This was just a memory ear for my son for his uncle for just a very little bit of ashes. I wish they made this half the size because I would definitely buy this again.

The media could not be loaded. I love it! It came with a little screw driver and screws to close up the box on the bottom. There was plenty of room to place a small urn, a bag of ashes, and a small keepsake treasure box that I purchased to put some of my hubby's personal items it.
