Great fit, a little long on my kiddo but that's easy enough to deal with. Lightweight, so not very warm, but loose enough that a turtleneck and tights can easily fit beneath. Fits essentially true to size, a little big but that's to be expected with a costume. Definitely not a long-term garment. Very thin and feels like it would not last more than a few washes/wears. I got this for my 8-year-old son as we were all going to be skeletons for Halloween, however, I was not expecting this to be so thin. If held up to any light you can easily see through this, so plan accordingly with dark sweats underneath. The full-length zipper is in the back which makes it troublesome for him to wear to school incase of needing the restroom. I am assuming OK for trick or treating, but will probably last for only one year. The image is basically a vinyl sticker on fabric, so be forewarned on washing it. Lightweight. I ordered size 7/8 which is the shirt size I’m currently buying. It fits our 7 year old (54# and 49.5” tall) with enough sleeve length and leg length to wear with shoes or boots. OK quality. If the stitching starts to fall apart I will update the review. The material is thin so I am fairly sure if tripped and fell down on his knee, it would make a hole in the fabric.
