I purchased this top to have a strapless swim top for our small family pool in our back yard. Didn't want to spend 30 dollars on just a swim top without straps so I found this cute strapless polyester top to use. It feels like swim suit material. I'm not sure how it will hold up to the chlorine but I'll be wearing it in the privacy of my own pool so it is ok if it gets bleached out from the pool chemicals. The top is extremely comfortable, soft and perfect in every way. I noticed alot of people saying the shirt they ordered had a band of elastic at the bottom. Mine does not and I included pictures of it. I was hoping it wouldn't and Im super pleased with my purchase. If it hold up well I may purchase more in other colors. Size chart true to size. I bought a 2x. I am 5'6 and 248 lbs. I normally wear a 2x or 3x in tops depending on stretch and material. I went with a 2x instead of a 3x because I didnt want it to get wet and fall down in the pool. The 2x fits me perfectly. The 3x would have been too big. I took a chance on this tube top as it was on a deal and my search list. I received the top and at first it looked like it wouldn't be as long as I wanted. I tried it on and it was perfect!😍 the colors were so vibrant and it made a simple outfit look eye catching. The stretch was good as I bought a XL but im thinking I could go down to a L as to get a tighter fit up top, and over time clothes that have elasticity, the stretch gives and tops and pants with elastic become too loose. This top feels like thin swimsuit quality, and the black is see through. The band across your chest is also itchy, and the top is oddly long despite ordering true size— like a mini dress that falls right under your butt. You’d do just as well to buy a kitchen towel and turn that into a tube too instead... the fabric is a few steps below a man’s cotton undershirt, and completely transparent. The sizing chart is also inaccurate, so if you take this purchase plunge, order at least 2 sizes up. I gave mine to my 12 year old niece to use as a bathing suit cover up.
