It’s not super tight but also not draping on you where you feel like it’s drowning you. It is seriously one of the most comfortable dresses I think I ever wore. My husband is terrible about giving me proper notice for any of his work events. Often, I am only told about a party a day or two before it happens, which is never enough time to go out and find something to wear. When I saw this short, sparkly formal dress, I knew it would be a great staple item to keep in my closet for those last-minute invitations. Since I chose it in red, it easily lends itself to a Valentine's Day dinner party, a Christmas event, or any holiday gathering. It is elegant enough for a formal occasion, but it is also comfortable enough to wear all night long. The dress is crafted with a mesh outer layer adorned with sequins and a fully lined interior. Both the lace and the lining are incredibly soft against the skin, making the dress lightweight, flowy, and comfortable to wear for several hours at an event without causing any irritation. There are no tight or uncomfortable spots anywhere, and it is surprisingly not overly hot to wear. One of my absolute favorite features is the sleeves. They are split and have a lovely flutter design that adds a charming touch without being overly exaggerated. Once on, the dress fits well and looks very flattering, emphasizing a good figure while offering a stylish, sparkly look perfect for weddings, receptions, date nights, or holiday events. It can easily be paired with heels and statement jewelry for an elegant evening look, or even dressed down with a jacket and boots. A huge practical bonus is that it is fully machine washable in cold water, though laying it flat to dry is best for long-lasting quality. For an affordable statement dress that offers plenty of sparkle, comfort, and convenience, this is a fantastic option to have on hand.
