I have several tanks in this style from other brands. I wish I'd have found these first. They run a tad larger but fit nicely. They're soft. They are a lightweight material. I personally don't find that this polyester blend material breathes well, but you may have a different opinion. I thought this shirt would be a thin material but to my surprise it's not! It's a cute top, comfy and just long enough to wear with leggings. It looks exactly like the photo. As for sizing, there's no stretch so I would size up. I'm normally a large (5" 6', 170lbs) but I got this in an XL and it fits good. Not too big at all and not snug. If I wanted it to be a little looser, I'd have to size up to an XXL. ... show more

The shirt is cute and I loved the colors. It’s polyester so it’s slick. However, 3 stars because the sizing is off. I’m usually wear a M or L. I read the reviews about it being long and having slit sides. I followed the size chart and ordered a medium so I didn’t have to tuck in a foot of material. Readers…it fit like a sausage casing! It was so tight, you could of read my freckles like Braille. I’m scarred so it’s going back and I’m not reordering. I don’t need that kind of trauma in my life. ... show more

I was looking for tank tops/sleeveless tops that were appropriate to wear to work (I work in a school) and to also wear in my private life. I love color and use tanks as "shells" to wear under jackets and blazers, etc. This SAMPEEL Women's Summer Tank Top fit beautifully in my regular size. The armholes did not gape open, the straps are more like a sleeveless top rather than a narrow tank strap and did not show my traditional bra which is wonderful, and the v-neck is flattering without being too low. I started with black as my first purchase and was thrilled with the comfort, coolness, softness, and versatility of the piece. Months later I ordered the bright blue to add a punch of color to my wardrobe and was equally thrilled with the piece as the integrity was the same as my first purchase.     • If you're tall and thin...

I have several tops this style from different makers. I ordered the khaki and coffee from here because no one else had those colors. Pros: Nice material, but I would hang dry until I was convinced they would not shrink. Seams finished ok. The colors were exactly what I wanted. Really nice and rich without that tinge of yellow that some beige materials have. I loved both colors. Cons: I did size up based on reviews. I am 36D and the large fit my shoulders, arm and neck holes and bust well. Then came the problem. The bottom of the shirt is about 4-5 inches too long and rather narrow, with a slit on each side. Too slim to flow over the top of leggings, accentuated my belly and clung to everything. I am 5'3" and about 150, so not huge, but no longer slim. If I was, I might have kept them and hemmed them. Conclusion, if you are taller and thinner or want to tuck it in, then you will be ok. I'm off to search for these colors from another maker. Disappointed I have to return these as I really loved the colors. ... show more
