I just wanted some comfy, canvas sneakers for everyday wear. I started by ordering only one pair to make sure they would fit before buying any more. They are sized a bit large but I knew that from reading the reviews and because my foot measurement coincided with their size 9 on the size chart. I normally wear a size 10 so I (gladly) went down to a size 9. They fit perfectly. The shoes are lightweight and comfortable. They also have plenty of cushioning. I think there's enough room in the shoe to add an insert for arch support if you need that - I don't because I don't have much of an arch anyway. The laces are not the stretchy type. They are the standard cotton-type, which I like. I was so happy with my first pair (the multi-color red/pink), that I bought 2 more - the Volcanic Gray Lava Linen and the Olive Green. I'm so tempted to also get the solid pink and the navy blue but that will have to wait. Pros: Very attractive, pretty saturated colors, nice detail stitching, comfortable Cons: No arch support - not a problem for me, but could be an issue if you have high arches, sizing is a little big - but again, not a problem for me ... show more

I first bought the green pair that is in the different hues of green and I absolutely fell in love with these shoes. The comfort, fit, and the styles are out of this world. So, what did I do? I ended up returning to buy a pair in every single color. I added some pictures of the pairs that I do have, but I still couldn't quite fit them all in. I get compliments on them everywhere I go. And what REALLY sold me on this company even more was that my pink pair of shoes were running pretty late, so I contacted the company, and Green told me how sorry they were and offered for me to keep the shoes when they arrived and offered a full refund too. After I thought about it, I contacted them again, and asked them to please not refund me and to please keep THEIR money because they are a small business who makes a great quality item which I love, and I would feel badly to keep the shoes when they arrived and their money. They thanked me, and then told me they would send me a gift of some of their new designs. I gave them my address, but honestly did not expect anything. And wouldn't you know it, after I had forgotten all about it, they DID, in fact send me 3 new pairs of their brand new color/designs. I was beyond touched. I am a total shoe nut and even a sneakerhead, so I had to buy a new hanging shoe closet JUST for THEIR shoes, and it still doesn't hold them all. I absolutely love their shoes, and I love them even more as a company. To anyone reading this please do not take advantage of their kindness. They are truly wonderful people who deserve every penny they charge which is more than a fair price, for these fantastic, comfortable, chic, shoes. I will be a customer for life. I would've wrote this review sooner, but I didn't want all the colors I didn't have yet, to run out before I got my hands on them. Selfish? Maybe, but they are JUST TOO GOOD. Please be good to this company and do not take advantage as they work very hard and make a great product. Thank you so very much! Super cute and easy to slip on. Like converse but more practical. True to size, and have had no issues with the rubbing on my ankle. They’re comfortable, but I also have a collapsed arch so keep that in mind. I got lots of compliments on these at work. They aren’t heavy or anything, they feel like regular sport shoes. Only thing I don’t care for are the short laces. I’m in my early 30s, I don’t mind tying my shoes. These have the “aesthetic” of if the paces are short tuck them in. I had to adjust the laces so my foot was comfy (a bit tighter), and now they are longer, but still too short to tie. Tucking them in after adjusting them means in about 15 to 20 mins when I leave my desk the laces are sticking out like I’m 7 and forgot to tie them. My feet are a little on the wide side, but not enough for me to need a wide width in most shoes. When i go with the wide width, theyre usually too wide. These fit comfortably from the first try-on! I was originally after Keds but the price is so high! Keds seem to fit me a bit more snug than these. These resemble Blowfish, which I've also bought in the past, but Blowfish run more narrow and hurt until they were broken in. I'm too old to play that game nowdays. There's no arch support, but I think they're roomy enough that I could add an insert without them being too tight. Great fit, style and comfort at a great price! I'm very pleased. Super cute shoes ! They are lightweight but not flimsy. They are much more supportive than they look and have pretty decent traction. I’ve never found them slippery. The low cut around ankle is flattering. I tried several other brands but these were the winners. So comfy that I wore them at theme parks, 4 days in a row and 2 long days in large airports. That was brand new out of the box. I’ve worn them 3-5 times a week since then and they are still cute and comfortable. My heel has often rubbed in new shoes but these have never bothered or rubbed. I got the off-white and after scrubbing the scuff marks and dirt with a little soap, they look as good as new. The heel on one is a little worn down but I have put A LOT of miles on them. I will order them again when I’ve run these into the ground. I ordered a size 9 and they fit perfect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE SHOES! ... show more
