Description

These classic Mary Jane shoes are very cute, lightweight and comfortable, with a real buckle pin and strap with holes to adjust the buckle. Easy to loosen when you take them off and easy to tighten them after you put them on for whatever tightness you like and it stays. Cotton soft material and brown tiny little heel add just enough lift to give it the feel of a very flat shoe. The type of fabric, trim, and lining are all very comfortable. These traditional China doll shoes are flexible and compact with a durable sole, good for vintage styled outfits.

Super soft cotton like fabric with a hard rubber sole. The item is just as pictured. I will wait to see how they hold up over the next 1 to 2 weeks then possibly order a 2nd pair in another color

UPDATE : I ordered again and asked for a 7 and got a 36, my actual American size is a 6 and they fit PERFECTLY. Getting the perfect size is a little tricky, hope this helps, these shoes are affordable and REALLY CUTE . I ordered a 6.5 and got a 35 which is absolutely TOO small, I am ordering a 7 in the hopes that the shoes will fit, they are adorable and super soft on the inside ❤️ ... show more

Was hesitant to buy these as I've purchased others that have a horrible smell to the bottom sole. These do not. No smell at all. That was a huge concern of mine. I am a 7, my feet are a little narrow I guess, or average. And the 7 was true to size, but I did have to poke another hole in the strap, which was fine. Nostalgic shoes for me but also super comfortable and well made! They aren't going to provide support, but if you are a frequently barefoot person like me, you'll love these because they aren't restrictive -- they just protect the soles of your feet while also being adorable. I got these today. They are almost identical to the pair I had in high school and are just as comfortable as those were. I ordered the size 9 (40 UK) and wear a size 8 1/2 in most of my shoes and they fit perfectly with my socks on. I will say that I tried to slip them on while buckled and popped a seam on the strap that holds the buckle in place. Whoops. That is on me. A quick repair with a needle and thread fixed that issue. These look great with my leggings and peasant skirts. I’d definitely recommend these for anyone looking for a comfy blast from the past and will more than likely order them in other colors for spring. ... show more

Decades ago, these Chinese flats were only available at Pier One. I wore them for many years. These Saeeko flats are almost as nice as those classics, with the exception of a horribly cheap buckle on these shoes and a less rounded toe than those old ones. Other than that, these are the real deal.
