Tennis shoes have a lot of small nooks and crannies. These have large round cushioned pads on the sole with decent spacing in between, so they are really easy to clean in case of a misstep. These are very light and breathable, great for summer. Quite comfortable. Not much support though. It takes them a while to dry when they get wet. The soles have these round shapes with big gaps between them which collect rocks really well and then you can track them right into your house so easily. Such a joy. They run a little wide and large (and I have wide feet) so they tend to be a little loose, so if you’re on a slanted hill, this shoe rolls right around your foot but on the flat surface they’re great. ... show more

    • Good Shoe For Nice 3-Season Weather
Size: 6 Color: Khaki
I ordered my size, 6, in khaki. It fits perfectly with no room to spare. For those of us whose feet/ankles might swell will determine if you can/can't wear these shoes until your swelling goes down again. It's a very light-weight shoe so if you do a lot of walking it won't weigh you down ('weigh' pun not intended, but it does 'fit'...oh, 'fit', another unintended pun - lol). Good soul support, which again, makes it a good walking shoe. The mesh material across the upper (the top of the shoe) is a little see through, but that could help with ventilation if your feet have a tendency to sweat (not my problem, but a thought for those whose feet might...). I've washed them in cold water on a short cycle in the washer sitting them out to air dry and they did fine. My constructive criticism is that there really isn't any rise at the heel (as in your foot's heel) and I wish it was maybe an inch high so you felt like the shoe wasn't going to fall off yet you can still easily slip in/out of the shoes without having to bend over. These shoes looked good in the picture, but are very poor quality and do not fit well. My heel slides up and down. I would never buy again, even though it seemed like a good price. Not worth it.

I really like my shoes. They're comfortable and I love the color. May have to buy me another pair. I have a hard time finding shoes that are made of good quality and the fact they're in red. So glad I bought these and recommend them.

I walked all around the Yucatan Pennisula in these shoes. They were perfect for climbing pyramids and exploring ruins. I have an Achilles tendon injury that is in recovery, so I needed footwear that didn't rub on my heel. I only gave 4 stars because there was a weird piece of fabric on the inside near the toes that would occasionally rub against my feet. ... show more
