The dress it's is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Customer service is HORRIBLE. We bought according to the chart. After a long shipment time, we received the dress. It is beautiful but was too big. We ordered the size smaller and started the retun of the bigger dress. They accepted our return if we drive 30 minutes to their approved return shipment place or pay for our own shipment. They will credit me $15 dollars for a dress that was tried on in front of a mirror then taken off. Not even worn out of the room or longer than 5 minutes. We paid over $80 for the dress and you want me to return it for a $15 credit. Do to an upcoming event and very long shipping time, we ordered another dress the size smaller. If I had realized how bad the customer service was, we would have picked a different dress from a different seller. This is unacceptable practices for a company who wants returning customers, which we would be. I am giving the lowest stars due to their company policies. The dress is beautiful and very flattering, once you buy the correct size. You won't know the correct size without taking a gamble of it fitting or not. Dress 5 stars for style, color and overall. 3 stars for size- runs big. NEGATIVE stars for customer service and return policy, when correct online sizing would fox the error before purchase.
