Do not buy this dress unless you are oddly shaped. I could not get the top of the dress zipped up, but it sagged in the bust and waist area. The material is scratchy. Returning this dress has been a nightmare. It is advertised as "free returns" but they are trying to tell me I have to pay for shipping to China. And that the dress was "made to my size". This is not Amazon's third party return policy, and I have filed a claim through amazon, and I am confident they will rectify the situation but it's definitely a pain to deal with. ... show more

I was really nervous getting this dress because of all the negative reviews but I absolutely loved it and so I risked it. I had ordered multiple others and they weren’t it for me. I will have to have it altered some on the sleeve but I think it’s beautiful. Maybe the quality is cheap but I can’t really tell. Preface: I ordered based on my measurements. 1. The sleeves are so narrow that I couldn’t even get my hand through. 2. The should structure would require that my neck simply rounds into my arm. 3. The bodice & skirt portions fit perfectly. For this dress to be wearable, I would need to have detachable hands & no shoulders at the joint. The lace is not very nice and the seems are very visible. It’s loosely like the pictures shown. I really can’t recommend buying this dress. I requested a return on January 17 via phone customer service. I received a self-ship slip via email a couple days later, NOT a prepaid label. Return shipping is at your expense, not “free returns” as it says. hen on January 25, I receive a message from the seller. They offered 25% discount and suggested I have alterations. Eventually Amazon made an exception to their third party seller policy as I wasn’t getting anywhere with the return with the seller. All around not a great experience. Do not recommend! ... show more

The dress is beautiful and if I had ordered a size down it may have worked out for me. It's always a gamble buying online, sight unseen. This was the most quality dress I received out of the 4. I am however, having issues with being able to contact the 3rd party seller about my return label on Amazon. Seller approved my return and sent a label. The other 2 dresses I returned and have already shipped, but I cannot track either whereabouts. This is frustrating. Please contact me. Thank you! ... show more

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I ordered this dress and the delivery was not a problem. It just was not what I was looking for so I decided to return it. I reached out to Vintys for a refund and they tried so hard to get me to keep the dress and receive 30% back instead of a full refund. I didn't want the dress at all so I asked for a full refund. It's been 5 months and I have yet to receive my money back. I've reached out multiple times and they are so unbelievably unhelpful and eventually just stopped responding. I couldn't recommend this company any less. Amazon should really blacklist this company and not allow them to sell them garbage products on their website. ... show more
