I got these in XL which is my normal size. When I fist saw these I thought that they would be way too long for me at 5'3", but they actually fit me quite well with just a little extra length, but not enough to be a problem. I have very long legs for my height and generally and generally wear a 30" length for ankle length and a 32" length when I want them a bit longer. I am retired and got these to wear around the house and not on the job as they are meant to be worn. They have lots of pockets to carry whatever you need. If you want to get a good look at the pockets select one of the lighter colors and look at the pictures from the manufacturer. I always look at multiple colors before I buy anything because features often show up better in pictures some colors than in others. They pants are very soft and comfortable. They fall nicely on your body in a way that I find flattering. I got the blue which was a very rich color that I really like. They are well made and didn't shrink or pill in the wash. ... show more

To be real, there is nothing "medical" about these other than the name in the title. I don’t work for the medical industrial complex, but I do know a good pair of loungewear when I see it. For all intents and purposes, these are just really comfortable super light summer cargo pants that happen to have a ton of storage. And if you're wearing them around the house, who cares about looking tactical? The fit is dead on. I didn't have to size up or down to get them to sit right. The elastic waist and is solid—not that cheap elastic that twists over or folds over after the first wash. They are definitely "straight leg" so they don't taper like joggers, which makes them feel a bit more elongating and less, er, goofy. They have 8 pockets, which is handy if you’re hanging around the house and need to carry your stuff around. The color is a nice neutral "cargo-ish" or tactical tone that goes with everything. However, 8 pockets is a lot of "visual noise." If you aren't the type that likes to look tactical, loungy or sweatpants-y in public, then the grocery store would probably be the edge of your geofence wearing these. The fabric feels durable But summer light. This will not get you through more than two seasons at most. Which is a huge plus If you live in Florida or any other swampy state. It is not that bedsheet-like cheap scrubs material but there is no stretch. They survived the laundry without pilling or shrinking, which is a big deal. They are basically a "utility" version of light loungers. If you want something comfortable, affordable, durable and utilitarian for around the house that has more pockets than a standard pair of sweats, then these are a score. Just don't expect to look like you're heading into surgery—you're heading to the home office or the couch. ... show more

Good feel and not noisy. I feel like many of the scrubs in this price range are kind of noisy when you move around. They fit well. You can load up the side pockets and run with out them falling off. The top elastic is thick and can get uncomfortable but helps keep the scrubs stable. These pants do not have back pockets. But, overall are a good all day fit. ... show more

They look nothing like the pictures in the ad, they are a little shiny. The fit is okay overall, but they do run a little small, especially if you’re between sizes. What really lets these down is the material. It has a plastic-like feel and doesn’t feel good on the skin, especially compared to other scrub pants I own. There’s very little stretch, which makes them less comfortable for moving, bending, or wearing for long shifts. They’re functional and look fine, and the pockets are useful, but comfort just isn’t there. It’s partially the cut also. If you’re sensitive to fabric feel or expect a softer, more flexible scrub material, these will probably disappoint. They’re okay in a pinch, but I wouldn’t repurchase and don’t think they’re a great value for the price. ... show more
