Based on the size chart, a medium was perfect for me. The reality is that I probably should have gone with large. While it fit - it was very snug and too tight across the chest. But the shirt has quite a bit of give and stretches, so I found I could move my arms without feeling like it was too tight across the back. It's very well made with nice touches like the soft fabric collar. The zippers are small and tight - made of nylon - and the pockets are deep enough to get my hands in. I really like the full zip front and the strong, tailored construction. The color is very close to the product images as well. Even though a size larger would have worked better, it's still comfortable, durable, wash n' wear, and a decent value for the price. ... show more

I use these like a regular scrub top rather than like a jacket. I layer (wear an undershirt) and the workplace is often unnecessarily hot, so I want something at least somewhat breathable and lightweight. This fits that need. I don't really care about cut or how stylish it is as long as it's functional and adheres to the very unnecessary dress code. It doesn't feel too restricting. I appreciate that it has useful pockets.
