Do note however, that it’s not gift ready. It came in a small plastic bag inside the box, so if you buy it for someone else, you would need to take it out of the plastic bag first and rearrange it to your liking before gifting. My wife loves this marked .925 sterling ring. The stones are authentically mounted as if they are real and under even moderate light they are radiant; she wanted the double band version and it looks fantastic on her-this is such a lovely ring unless you are an expert you will never know these are not real diamonds. My wife will use this ring when she doesn’t want to wear her other rings/jewelry or when she just wants a bit of bling when she is casually dressed. Also, the ring fit perfectly and was accurate in its sizing. This ring is highly recommended-you will not be disappointed in how it fits or looks.

The media could not be loaded. Women's Rectangle Design High-Carbon Diamond Engagement and Promise Ring – 2CT Rectangle Cut, 925 Sterling Silver, 18K White Gold Plated, Superior to Moissanite I'm not sure what material these stones are made of. There is very little information out there on this type of manufactured "diamond." It does sparkle rather nicely though and looks great from a distance. I do have serious doubts that the ring is solid silver as stamped on the inside of the shank. Primarily because all of the main prongs are showing a rosy color on the tips after a few months of daily wearing. I hit it with a silver polishing cloth and I still see this rose tone on the tips. I did test it with a magnet and the ring is not magnetic so that is a good sign I guess. Anyway, buyer beware. The price is pretty cheap. If it becomes more obvious, I'll let you know.

On the plus side: -love the design. Center stone is set nice and low and doesn't catch on anything -stamped 925 -mounting is medium weight and well-made -cz main and melee are well set -true to size -arrived in cardboard ring box, ok for gift giving Notes: -the center stone, the star of the show, is 'diamond-like-carbon' coated cz, and exceptionally bad cz at that. I am a gemologist and can recommend no benefit from coating cz with diamond-like-carbon particles. The coating wears off. It doesn't adequately make cz significantly harder or more scratch resistant. If anything, it would damp down dispersion (play of color) in the cz, which has a higher dispersion than diamond or 'diamond-like-carbon' coated cz. Cz already suffers from too low a refractive index (brilliance) showing read-through when stone is tipped away from the wearer. -The other issue is that the center cz is horribly cut (too shallow showing a fish eye) so that it shows read-through like cheap watery glass (see circled area of pic where you can look right through the stone). No coating will help this stone look good. I truly don't get why the 'diamond-like-carbon' ionic coating was done to this disappointing cz. Excellent quality well-cut cz is not expensive to produce. Manufacturer would have been better off insuring that quality, well-cut, uncoated cz was used to begin with. The price would be fair if main cz was adequate quality; alas it's not so if you like the design of this ring as I do, look for a significant discount or coupon code. I'm going to upgrade this ring by removing the center cz and setting moissanite in its place. I'm sorry, I can't recommend this ring and would not order again.

There's a lot of sparkle with this ring! I was worried it would look fake like glass, but it doesn't. I think the detailed band really helps with that. It's not a thin band as with some rings I've gotten online. Rather, it's a regular band and looks similar to my real one. I haven't been able to wear my real one as it's too tight on me now (my ring size went from a 7 to a 9!). Wearing this one one feels good and it feels like I'm wearing the real thing. This one has a beautiful shape, nice sparkle, and a really nice band. I'll take it off when I do dishes or wash my hands so that it doesn't get dull. I'm very happy with this ring and I'd gladly recommend it.
