I wear an 8. the 7-8 is to small so the next size is 8.5 well that is to big. the insole is soft. however no arch support like others have mentioned. the shoelaces come short and tied as in picture so the shoe was loose. I bought regular sized shoe laces so I could tighten and tie them and the shoes fit so much better. the 4 stars is due to size ranges not properly fitting. ... show more
