I would recommend that over customizing the size, though it can add up $$$. Here's what my seamstress did: brought in the under arms, a few areas around the cups and the waist, replaced white cups with nude, and added a bustle. I received sooooo many compliments and every one was SHOCKED when I told them I ordered it on Amazon and even more when I told them the price. Material was so itchy and uncomfortable . The dress was like 4 sizes too small. It has no stretchiness or curviness to it. It came with this ugly chest area piece that was all rolled up. Do not recommend this dress.
