My dress was prefect for my adventure elopement in the Redwoods National Forest. I wore it all day long, from record clerk's office, to forest, taking photos, going to the beach for more fun photos, driving to the court house, droning at another beach and dancing. I was able to move, climb, dance and sit with ease. The HOWEVER part is that it rubbed my armpit raw. By mid morning, I noticed it was going to be my undoing by night. It had some blue pen marks from making the dress that I didn't mind, you couldn't see it when it is on. No big deal. Oh and prefect fit for my chest once the dress was tied up in the back! Had a courthouse wedding and got everything from Amazon- veil shoes and dress. The dress was the first purchase, I love the look of classic styles and felt this was perfect for what I wanted. Easy to wear- ties up back and snaps at top. Everyone loved it. Not very stretchy but the corset back was perfect and it had pretty “poof” after I steamed each layer. Run, don’t walk to get this!

I ordered the dress 2 weeks before my wedding. Beautiful Dress. Does run small so I ordered two sizes bigger. The one thing that I didn't like was the back part around my shoulders.

For a $100 dress from Amazon, I'm happy with the purchase. Fit my style and looks beautiful in person and photos. Got a lot of compliments! Perfect tea length, with a good steam it will hang well. Bodice lace is nice and feminine. The band is a little tall/wide for my taste but nothing terrible and i wear a size 10, so that could be why. I did have to get "minor" alterations. The shoulder lace was too long in the back, had to shorten it to get rid of the extra/loose fabric. Cut out the net skirt underneath for style preferences, I didn't want it too poofy. It did not ruin any of the dress doing so. There were a few loose strings sticking out on the bodice that needed trimming. If you have a readonably priced seamstress the alterations shouldn't be too bad, if you need them at all. Mine wasn't necessarily reasonable, ended up paying almost $200, but she exclusively does wedding dressess, so that is kind of expected. All in all,slightly under $300 for a beautiful wedding dress that fits my style and looks fantastic is cool with me! Ordered size 10. Pear shaped,155-160 pounds, small bust, big booty/thighs, average torso/leg length. Don't think I could have ordered an 8, would have been tight around my chest.

a review for my fellow odd shaped thin but box shaped girlies! i have a wider rib cage making it hard to buy clothes especially online. i was really nervous it wouldnt look right because of it. (IM 5'2" AND FLUCTUATE BETWEEN 105-110 LBS) i'm rather thin but i have tad bit broader shoulders and the said wide rib cage whilst everything else is well smaller, i also tend to gain weight in my tummy area so yeah if someone out there with these issues is reading this I GOTCHU! this is a great dress and im glad i ordered it the size i did! it fit well in the waist + rib area. i also didnt have to wear a bra because it has padding hahaha oh HOWEVER the chest area was definitely bigger than my actual chest im a 36A and uh well it didnt fill out, BUT the padding already gives a shape of something being there but its good i mention that! i needed help with the lacing, lace it up as if it were shoelaces on a pair of vans! im more modest in my way of dressing so i personally was very glad the sweetheart line was a little bit higher up but do as you will with that information I recommend taking it to a dry cleaners to get the obvious "came in the mail in a bag" look out lol. it is NOT transparent/see thru, it has a good amount of fluff in the skirt you do NOT need an extra petticoat. mmhm i hope i said it all. it was a nice simple dress but fulfilled what my desire was, a 50s style wedding dress.
