I bought a bigger size based on the reviews. Kinda wish i hadn't. They fit as i would have excepted. I dunno if it's just the xlg but it came with an Elastic waist band in the back. It's not clear around. The chain wasn't plastic. A light weight cheap chain. The material reminds me of wind-suit material but it's not shinny. For the kiddo i would have gotten a size smaller. These are high waisted. My guess is the other reviews had tried to wear them in the hips instead.

I ORDERED MY USUAL SIZE MY BODY> My waist(34inc) leg length from waist to ankle (29 inches) im 4'8 weigh 115 llbs. SIZE SMALL PANTS> lenght of pant (38 inch) waist (12 inches) crotch to bottom (28inch) BUT HOLD ON...the back has elastic. Elastic not stretched (11inch) stretched out(23inches hard pull) very comfortable and not a hard elastic 2 functioning pockets in front with zippers. Back pocket non-functional (for show) the chain is a hard plastic(with reveiws i was thinking a kid plastic) it makes the pants look good. Removable chain and when removed its unnoticeable on the pant. The pant itself is more of a spandex feel than cotton as description says but not at all uncomfortable in my opinion. Bottom of pant also has elastic (5inch) no stretch (8 inch hard pull) my ankles (8inches around) i think they feel pretty good. I personally like them cause I lift my pant leg up to about my calf (12inch around) and still felt comfortable to have up and not loose to slip back down. I really hope THIS revieiw helps. I will add a photo later of me wearing them after tonight. I definitely would buy again

I usually have a problem with the waist being too big but these pants fit perfectly! I love the little chain! They are also thin but not see through so you can really wear them most of the year. I hiked mine up to make like a Capri because I just personally think it looks better. Really good quality pants, especially for the price.

I got the xS for my 8 year old. She’s very tall for her age at 4’4”. She loves them! They fit around the waist with minimal tightening. The chain is plastic though, but for the price it is decent. I’d recommend washing in cold and hang drying, dye faded to a lighter black on first wash. My kid didn’t mind thoug.

These pants run WAY too small. I bought a large for my daughter who is normally a medium and they fit insanely tight on her. Definitely not baggy. She cant even sit without fear of the pants breaking. Waste of time and money.
