OMG, these are so cute. I was worried about the size. People said that they run big and I normally wear a seven so I ordered a six and a half. They have a little bit of room in the front but fit perfect. When I first tried them on they weren't laced up and I thought they would be too big but once I laced them up and tied them they fit perfectly. People were saying that the bottom was not - non-slip. These have a really nice rubber Sole. They are not the type of non-slip for working in a fast food restaurant. I have to be very careful when purchasing shoes, they absolutely must have rubber bottom and not plastic like some shoes. These are so cute and the bottom is perfect. A must have, great price point. There is no Arch but if you have a shoe store you can buy what they call Arch cookies or an arch insert. I would absolutely recommend these

I love these sneakers! Great converse alternate, I'll be ordering another pair in a different color. I generally wear a womens 8, after triple checking the sizing and reading reviews I decided to size down to a 7.5 and they fit perfectly. My suggestion is to go to the size description, check the measurements in inches and centimeters then compare that to a pair of sneakers you currently own that fit properly and check the heel to toe measurement. I compared with my go to adidas. Great price and super cute!
