It definitely runs a bit small for me. I'm 120 lbs 5'4 and my bra size is 32DDD. It was the perfect type of crop it went right about my belly button which is what I wanted. The sleeves run a bit short I wish they were a little longer. The material can feel a bit snuffed so if you want a little room definitely size up 1 or 2 depending on how you want the fit.
