I discovered this perfume years ago at a Nordstroms. In a world of thousands of perfumes, Womanity is truly one of a kind. They've since stopped selling it in department stores *sad panda face*, so I was most pleased to find it here. The only fragrance I am consistently complimented on, it has very rich notes that linger on your skin all day without a need to refresh. Whatever formula this is comprised of, I find that these notes will almost have a variance to them as the day goes on.     • Beautiful, Mysterious, Unique Perfume

Womanity is the type of fragrance I could go on and on about. Upon first spray it is very VERY intense and even overwhelming - there is something smoky and even masculine about it that I was initially uncertain about. However, as it wears it transforms into a sweet and slightly salty, beautiful, absolutely fascinating, utterly captivating scent. It is very long lasting - when I spray it on my wrist in the morning (a single, tiny spray), I can still smell it the following day. I think this makes a great going out scent and will also be great for the summer. I have worn it at work, though I am always hesitant because it is initially so strong... If I put it on a few hours before I have to go to work, I find that the intensity has worn off by then, but then again you never know how sensitive other people's noses are. So it's important to be cautious with this one. You also have to keep in mind this is a polarizing fragrance because it does not work well with a lot of people's body chemistry - very few people love it and a lot more seem to hate it in the fragrance fanatic world (just read the reviews on fragrantica and you'll see what I mean). This is actually what initially got me interested in Womanity - I feel a little extra special knowing that I am one of the few lucky people who can wear this unique perfume and smell fantastic all the while. This is my first Thierry Mugler fragrance and I can say without a doubt that I am officially a fan! (FYI I purchased the .33 ounce bottle from Fragrancenet - the juice was not pink, but a light yellowy-orange color, which tends to happen to fragrance that has sat around for a while - do not let this turn you off! the fragrance is still legit and the price is beyond fantastic) ... show more

This is definitely one of my top scents during the transition months from summer to fall. However, it is not for everyone as I have received mixed reviews about the scent but I do not care as I wear it for me and not to please others. The first time I wore it, I thought of a rich older lady smoking at a beach in Italy. I love it and have repurchased it twice already, both larger sizes as well so that says a lot. I recommend purchasing a sample of some sort as I know it’s difficult to purchase perfumes online without smelling them. ... show more

Ive listened to 2 YouTube videos on this,,, and wow some people are very dramatic! I almost didn't order it because of the way they explained it. Plan and simple, if you like island life n long for those days at the beach (i live in Florida) you will appreciate this fragrance. Me, i love it. The first thing my husband said when i put it on is that it smelled like coconut (that doesn't last long). My only tiny complaint, and it might be different from you, is that it doesn't last long, a few hours at most. One last comment , it will work for up north also. 🤗💜 ... show more

Fresh, clean, and seductive. I purchased this fragrance for my girlfriend for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. I decided to purchase the fragrance considering Summer was approaching and was looking for something unique from all the typical sweet and floral fragrances that usually become overbearing in warm weather. It's versatile, which means you can use this fragrance as a casual scent or for special occasions. The dry down on the fragrance has a combination of citrus, woods, and floral notes. Neither of the notes overpower each other, their presence compliment each other. It has a "youthful" vibe to it rather than how some fragrances have that "old lady smell" vibe. The fragrance has great longevity, especially when it is worn on hot days and projects really well within the first 2-3 hours. After that, it begins to settle down making suitable for intimate moments where you'd like to have your significant other near you. Even tho the bottle is small it's still a nice sized small bottle! Smells amazing jus like i remember.. Definitely worth the money i wanted to make sure this smells right before i spend the money on the big bottle! Bout to put my order in!

I bought this perfume blindly because I read about the longevity of Mugler perfumes and this was a good price. When I first put it on I was not sure if I liked it as it smelled a bit masculine to me. The smell got sweeter after a few minutes and I began to like it. I usually wear la vie est belle which is very sweet. I've been ordering this perfume from this vendor for the last ten years. I never worry about the quality because it's always been rad! When I wear it I recieve tons of compliments, from friends and strangers alike. It stays on my sweaters and coats, making snuggling up lovely. I'm not sure about the technical notes, but I smell watermelon, fig, and caviar maybe? Something to cut the fruit. It is sensual and sexy, and not very sweet at all.
