I love these jeans! I love that I can get them in just the right size. I'm vertically challenged, and just under five feet tall. I love that with the women's extra large petite (doesn't that sound like an oxymoron?) I don't have to hem them when they arrive. I can pull them out of the box and put them on immediately! I love it! That doesn't happen with most clothing brands. I can only wear the jeans that actually have the elastic waist all the way around. If there is a flat panel in the front with elastic at the back, then they don't fit my shape. Comfortable, easy fit, and easy care! Fun to reorder and a wide variety of colors. Great for casual day-to-day wear, for that down-to-earth person, the personality B types! However, if you want top-quality pants that turn heads, these are not for you. With a few washes they start to look a little faded. As the day draws to a close, they feel a little baggy. Excellent choice for teleworking and retirement! Nice for stylish grocery shopping. If needed for style, the goals is making the pants inconspicuous. You may want to pair them with a long stylish blouse, wear nice shoes, and accessorize to draw attention away from your easy wash, easy wear, light-weight, cool, and most comfortable, favorite pants to wear. LOL, I think mine were cut funny because these will only fit if your body is like a styrofoam ball with pipe cleaner legs. They're incredibly tight in the legs and huuuuuuge in the body part - they won't stay up. It's pretty funny to see. I already washed them so I'm stuck with them, but since these won't fit a human body, I'll take them apart and use it as pieces of fabric for sewing. You get what you pay for. I prefer to go back to L.L. Bean stretch denim pants. I thought I'd try these Woman Within for stretch jeans that I could work in and not mind them getting ruined because of price, but they're just not viable. They're extremely uncomfortable and I won't wear them, so it doesn't matter how "inexpensive" they are because it's a waste of money. This is one of the worst pairs of pants (can't call them jeans or denim) I've bought. The fabric is thin and stiff; it has a "papery" feel and sound. It says 1% Spandex, but other brands' QUALITY-made pants/jeans/denim with 1% Spandex actually stretch and spring back. Not these. I'm 5' 6" and 230 lbs. I bought size20 knowing I'd have to take in the waist, but I order larger to ensure the waist fits at or above my waist and to make sure the legs will actually fit as advertised: straight leg. Nope. Woman Within just doesn't make pants to fit 'pear' shaped figures . :( ___ I'm 5' 6" and the hem is above my ankle. The pockets are tiny. ___ The waist is huge and sits below my natural waist (I hate that) ___ The hip and legs are tight and unforgiving - no stretch at all. These pants are absolutely awful. Also, they look nothing like the pictures. These look almost black - at first, I thought they shipped me the wrong order. These pants suck. No stretch, too short, waist too large, legs too tight - definitely NOT straight legged jeans. Also shouldn't be called jeans or denim. ... show more
