Firstly, hold the mask in front of your face and shape the nasal clip with your fingers. Then pull the elastic bands over your ears so that the mask fits comfortably. Now adjust the nasal clip so that it sits firmly on your nose and as little air as possible can escape upwards. Align the mask so that it completely covers your mouth and nose and does not slip.
