This is a great wine rack and the price is right. It holds the bottles as it should, tilting them forward. The assembly directions were easy to follow and the supplies came with extra pegs and screws. I heeded the warnings of other reviewers and was very careful when putting in the screws, going slowly and carefully so that the wood didn't crack. I didn't even hear the wood straining at all, so maybe the people who experienced cracking were too forceful.

This is a sturdy looking wine rack, made from bamboo and is finished in a glossy blonde finish. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble. There's an instruction manual that was serviceable but there's a small inaccuracy in it. Not a deal breaker; it doesn't take a genius to figure out the correct horizontal orientation. The package includes everything you need to assemble the wine rack: a hex key, nuts and bolts and a spare of each. The assembled product has uneven legs that made it a little rickety. Loosening the nuts and readjusting made a small improvement. I couldn't make it perfectly even but I think I probably got it 98% of the way there. Not sure if it is good value for money as I have never shopped for a wine rack before and have never considered buying one. It's cheaper than a Eurocave so I guess in a sense it's good value. It's pretty good, not perfect, so I guess that means it's appropriate for my second-growths? ;-)

Exactly what I needed and expected. I’d say it took about 10 or so minutes to assemble. And I’d credit that to the user friendly Allen wrench that was included.

Arrived in perfect condition and super easy to assemble. Other reviews mentioned hard to rotate screws and missing holes, but ours had everything it needed and was assembled in less than 10 minutes. We actually had two extra dowels and screws, which was nice. It holds the bottles perfectly fine and we would definitely buy again if needed. I don't anticipate it tipping over or dumping the wine on the ground. However, I can agree with other reviewers that longer necked bottled tend to stick out a bit more, but the way ours is placed it won't cause any issues. Something to keep in mind if depth is an issue.

Pros: Inexpensive, and holds 16 bottles in not much space. Cons: The worst thing is that the front and back rails are identical, so it doesn't hold some types of bottles very securely. Bordeaux-style, with their shoulders, do just fine. But Burgundy-style ones tend to slide forward, to the point where they may come off the back rail. (Other styles may fare even worse.) Otherwise, on assembly, one of the screws didn't seat properly and pulled out (at very low torque). It's a little flimsy and went together slightly askew, though the felt pads for the base mostly hide that.
