Ok the world's most honest review. I purchased this kit last minute for my vacation. The customer service agent reached out asap after it placed the order asking if I really wanted to spend the extra for rush freight; yes I'm headed out of the country and need this for my vacation. The rep confirmed and pulled the triggers on all the packages. First one, no problem arrived in two days. Second delayed but made it last minute. Last and most important was the board, well UPS ruined that one with a 4 day wait on a broken plane in three countries. That's my only complaint, UPS never offered to compensate any of the extra rush freight paid. Two weeks later I got back and finally got see open and view my order. First impression, wing was perfect but could use a viewing window as it is a 5m wing and can easily block views. Mast, and foils are in perfect condition and without a doubt are the correct size to provide effortless flying. The board, it came with a slight amount of scuffing from UPS negligence, the base was in need of a little tlc from a rushed production worker but all in all I can see the quality behind the design. All three items come with their own traveling cases making transport very easy. The board case holds everything and is on wheels as well as backpack style should straps to carry it all in if rolling isn't an option. Discussing all this with the rep I was assured the one year replacement warranty will cover any issues discussed so far which is comforting to say the least. I'm an avid efoiler, the wing is a new venture in my expansion into this wonderful foiling universe. I'll have the chance this memorial day weekend to get out and fly the wing system and I'll follow with a review on how the system works on the water from the perspective of a complete beginner on the wing foil vs the efoil system i currently ride. All in all with expecption to the UPS international shipping debacle and overlooking the small production issue I found on the base; that the kit is worth the investment especially when supported by the customer service team. ... show more
