We got this chips for making a harry potter themed cake pop. When we looked online to order, these were the only ones that would come on time(the nearby store was out). We tryed stirring and pausing when melting. We tryed frisco, thinning etc. all the ideas. We managed to get it liquid enough to coat the cake sticks, but not thin enough to cover the cake pops. Do not let your success for one little part fool you into thinking that the rest will be easy. In the end, we went out and got white chocolate to melt instead. It worked much better. This is a defective product.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! this product is not the same as what you buy in the store!!! I ordered online because my local store ran out of yellow. It did not melt down correctly and it smells really really bad I couldn’t find an expiration date on the bag like the ones I bought in the store. This product is CRAP DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I ordered yellow to make more school emblems. These are not yellow, they are a buttery color. I ordered 6 bags and can’t use them, I’m going to have to find them locally to make my timeline. The bag on the left in my pic is what I already had, the right is this product.

I bought this product to use in making edible cupcake toppers. I am unable to do what I needed to do because they came and EVERY single bag the candies are MELTED! I realize these are Candy MELTS,but it is currently 30° there should be no reason why they are melted already and now I can NOT use them for what was needed!

did not work for cake pops. tried a double boiler with one bag, didn’t thin out to allow dipping for cake pops. tried adding veg shortening didn’t thin out. Tried microwave using another bag using 50% at 30 second intervals again didn’t thin out. So 2 bags in the trash now...
