I sized up on this to make sure I would get a big blousy dress. I like how it fits, but I think my regular size would still be large and blousy enough. I would say if you plan to dress it up with jewelry or a jean jacket, get normal size for a more tailored/fitted look. I wanted big and comfy and that's what I got with sizing up.
