While these are amongst some of the best bath linens we have ever had, there is what I, at this time, would say is a problem with the washcloths. I believe it to be isolated to certain specific conditions, but neither we nor the company have determined the root cause. For that reason, I would give the product four stars, but, because of the excellent customer support and the company replacing the washcloths, I raised it back to five stars and would raise it to nine stars if I could. These bath linens are stunning. The fabric content is excellent to the touch, feel, and drying ability. Also, these are the first towels we have owned, and we have owned more expensive name brand towels, which during their first few uses, you don’t end up with lint all over you. Now to the problem. We purchased ours in white, but before reading on, be aware that if you purchase a darker color, this may be a nonissue for you. After using the bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths the first time, and be aware, we pre washed them all with absolutely no issue, but when we washed them the first time after their first actual use, they all came out beautiful in their bright white color except for the washcloths, which changed to something between an ivory or tan color. See the photo. One of the effected washcloths is to the right of one of the hand towels it was laundered with, and both are sitting on top of one of the bath towels they were laundered with. This was a first for us. We have owned white bath linens many times in the past and have never experienced such an issue. Based on our experiences with these, we believe it to be an interaction between the bath soap we use and possibly a chemical that was used in the manufacture of the fabric the bath linens were made from. While I will avoid naming the bath soap brand, I will say, it is a popular and highly used brand, and the bars are green in color. That being said, the washcloths did not change color in the shower. It happened during the laundering process, but again, the bath towels and hand towels, which were laundered right along with them were unaffected. This has happened to all these washcloths, which have been used with this hand soap in the shower. However, and quite interestingly, new washcloths, which have been used at the sink with a different brand face soap bar and laundered along with the others have not altered in color at all. This is why we believe it to be tied to an interaction between the bath soap bar and some chemical used in the manufacturing process. I don’t want this to happen anyone else, but with all things considered, we would buy these bath linens again and again. They are still some of the best we have ever used. February 11, 2025 Update - First of all, we still love these bath linens and would buy them again. However, we have new information. I believe we have proven the bath soap bars we used, in conjunction with something used in the manufacturing process of at least this lot of bath linens, to be the culprit. As I alluded to in my earlier post, our bath soap bars are a very well-known and very popular brand. When this issue occurred, with multiple washcloths from this manufacturer only, we were using the soap bar variety, which was green in color, and this discoloration issue resulted during the laundering process. Since the initial post, we have swapped to the bath soap bar manufacturer’s pure white soap bar variety. We selected an unused washcloth from both the original order of bath linens from this manufacturer and from the replacement washcloths they sent us. After multiple uses and laundering, these washcloths remained their original bright white color. While I will not recommend to anyone what bath soap they use or more importantly, not to use, I will say, based on our experience with the washcloths, we will no longer use bath soaps with artificial coloring. 2 Years in My Airbnb — These Towels Are Bulletproof I bought the White Classic Luxury 8-piece towel set in brown for my Airbnb property two years ago, and they are still going strong. Two years of guest after guest, wash after wash — and they still look and perform like the day I bought them. That's honestly rare with towels. What I love: - Incredibly absorbent. These are 700GSM Turkish cotton and you can feel the difference immediately. They actually dry you off — no wiping and still feeling damp. Guests notice the quality right away. - Still soft after 2 years. They haven't gone rough, stiff, or scratchy even after countless washes. They've kept that plush, hotel-quality feel. - Zero shedding. No lint all over the bathroom, no fuzz on your face after using the washcloths. Clean and quality from day one. - No color fading. The brown looks just as rich and consistent as when they arrived. Two years of washing and they still look brand new. - The 8-piece set is perfect. Two bath towels, two hand towels, and four washcloths — it's exactly what you need for a guest bathroom setup. Who are these perfect for? Airbnb and rental property hosts who want towels that look luxurious, feel amazing, and can survive the abuse of constant guest use. Pretty pink color! 2 large bath towels, 2 hand towels and 4 wash clothes. The towels are a medium weight. They are soft (not too soft) and are nice and absorbent. My house guest also complimented me on how nice the towels felt. 100% Turkish Cotton. There was a card included with the towels to allow you to register the purchase for a 1 year warranty. I've have washed and used several times now and think these are a very good value for the price. There were a few loose loops right out the package. I trimmed them off before laundering. The hems are not perfect (see pictures), however, I think that the price of towels is on par with the quality. The flaws are minor and pretty unavoidable with a budget towel. I am very pleased with the purchase and would buy again.

I purchased the dolphin gray which is more of a silver gray. These are nice quality medium weight towels and very soft. I waited to review until after the first washing.. they were washed in cold water and tumble dry on the lowest setting for15 mins. after I took them out and hung them damp to air dry. No signs of lint or shrinkage They took a quite a while to dry, so I would imagine they wouldn’t dry that quickly after use. Overall, they are well made and good quality for the price. I would definitely buy them again.

Exactly what I was looking for. These towels are soft and medium weight. They're not thin and flimsy but not super thick. The bath towel is large and the color is perfect for my dark grey bathroom. Make sure you wash before you use them to remove all the fuzz.
