I love this product, and have referred it to friends. The 3 bottles were packaged in a plastic bubble bag which was filled with contents from the third bottle that was damaged in PACKAGING and not shipping. The labels were all coming off as you can see on the second bottle due to the leakage. I did not return this item as it was such a mess so I salvaged what I could. FIRST OF ALL I love this lube. It keeps slick for a while without me having to use more and is the only one I can use that doesn’t irritate my skin (I’m very sensitive). But every time I’ve bought this it has leaked in the packaging >:( I’ve bought this like 3 times now… and I don’t want to be seen returning lube so I just deal with it but still there needs to be something on the cap to keep it from leaking.
