I never leave reviews but I couldn’t leave this unsaid! Let me tell you! Amazing customer service! I ordered this as a wedding gift and was suppose to receive it the day before the wedding. The next day, after ordering, I realized I messed up the date I gave for the star map! I freaked out and contacted the seller (which I have never done before) and begged for them to see that I put the wrong date and could they change it before making it. They responded so quick and was very nice even though I messaged them 4 times not realizing they messaged me back 🤦🏻♀️ Great customer service and very kind! To top it off, they shipped it that day and sent me a photo of what it would look like and asked for my approval 🙌🏼 💕 I was suppose to get the poster On the 15-16th and I got it today on the 8th and bought it 3 days ago! Not only that, it looks amazing and will be the best gift! I told my boyfriend It would be the perfect gift for our anniversary. So worth it! Look no further! We gave this to our son and daughter-in-law for their first wedding anniversary. Unfortunately it was shipped rolled up in a tube. This made it difficult to get into a frame and make it lie flat. It ended up bent a bit. Disappointing as this was a gift. Otherwise, they liked the idea of it. I suggest that you figure out a different way to ship it. In addition, perhaps offer frames, as I had to order one separately. Edit: I reached out to the seller due to the rolled up star chart being difficult to get into a frame and how it had buckled up. They sent me a new on in a flat box. This is going above and beyond for customer service. I highly recommend West Clay Company. They stand behind their products and do whatever they can to satisfy their customers. Their star charts are very good quality and our son and daughter-in-law loved the gift.

My husband and I agreed not to get each other a gift as our anniversary is close to The holiday season making money tight. So, Naturally he tells me 6 days before he got me something lol I wanted something personal but also had limited time to get it. I paid for express shipping informed the seller of my situation and they responded almost immediately letting me know they would have it out the next day. Once shipped they sent me all tracking info. I received the item days before our anniversary. They made this process so easy and simple all while making it special and not breaking the bank! Will deff order again!
