Clear and concise literature needs to be included with the kit and a variety of diffrent size washers for the waterfall faucet.     • Great product needs extra washer
The installation was a bit difficult and would have been better if extra washers were included. My husband had to go to hardware store to buy extra washers and plumbing tape. Otherwise, it looks great.

It was an easy installation and it’s worth the money for this faucet. It cascade so beautifully when it hits the bowl and it’s so beautiful the gold tone specially in the daylight reflects so great the water. Honestly it was a good purchase I was a little bit hasty because of the price but it’s totally worth it.     • Leaks all over counter
So beautiful but dysfunctional. Unless water is turned on hard, it drips all over the counter. The arc of the faucet needs to extend about 3 inches further out so that it can be turned on at normal pressure. One of the other reviewers provided a video which shows the problem perfectly. I should have returned it right away, but we were exhausted from remodeling two bathrooms, and I thought I would get used to it. I haven’t 10 months later. ... show more

I like the warmth and elegance the gold faucets bring to my bathroom. Price is good, compared to local hardware store prices. I wish the matching drain stopper was included with the faucet.

    • Leaks water into cabinet
This product looks gorgeous but functions poorly. It came with the wrong size mounting hardware and was impossible to seal at the countertop. The spout does not have an aerator causing the water to spill onto the countertop unless used at maximum flow. Due to supply chain delays, we could not install this prior to the closing of the return window as it arrived before the backsplash and countertop. ... show more
