My husband ordered this dress for me. I am 5'4", pear shaped, have had 2 kids, and he got me the Pink in size M. I would not have ordered this for myself, and I rolled my eyes when I opened the package. It was pink, with sequins, and lace, and dangling sleeves - my initial thought was it would be way too gaudy. However - it is much much prettier than I expected. The sleeves are unique and eye catching and do not get in the way, like I would have thought. I like the high neckline. The pink is very pretty and the sequins do not snag and there are not too many of them. My issue with the dress is that it is not as long as I would like, as I would prefer something that covers my knees. Also, the cut of the dress is not super flattering on my pear shape, but the sleeves do help to draw the attention upward. It is an easy dress to wear, very soft, and feminine. The medium is not 'tight' per se, but even getting a larger size isn't going to have the dress suite my pear shape, in my opinion.

This dress was absolutely perfect for our Vegas wedding! I wanted my dress to be simple and comfortable, yet elegant. It did the job! Word of caution, the sequin stitching is very delicate. It is recommended to keep the dress protected until it is worn, or it may snag.

I originally ordered a large and felt it was too small so I ordered the X-large. The X-large was more comfortable and not as clingy. There was a real difference between the large and x-large. Bottom line it depends on your comfort zone. I’m glad I reordered and the dress is very comfortable.
