I finally had to retire my originals after 16 years of use in a 2007 FJ Cruiser. Took me a while to decide on their replacement, and these fit the bill nicely. They aren't quite the supple, thick quality of the originals, but although they're a bit stiffer and slightly different in design, they're high quality and look great. Instead of the matt finish of the originals these are more glossy, not a dealbreaker at all but just... different. They're certainly stiffer than the originals as well, made more of what seems to be a hard, thinner rubber rather than a thick flexible one. Cleaning has been very easy. The rear is of different design where it covers the entire back floorboard, which annoyed me at first for being different, but now I appreciate it. Overall they do well what I want them to do - protect the rubber floor from wear and make it easier to clean out the truck. Money well spent.

They only make front mats for an automatic transmission. I have a manual transmission, so I thought I would try it. Fit great, except the dead pedal (on the left of the clutch) is much bigger on an automatic, so I had to trim the drivers side mat to fit so that the floor mat didn't interfere with my clutch foot. After that it fit like a glove! My wife loves them (it's her truck). If you have a manual, buy these, trim it and don't look back!

Just like what Trevor Dill said, on the 6 speed manual you’ll have to trim the left side for the clutch pedal to fit. Other than that they’re pretty good.

I own a Manual 6-speed Toyota FJ Cruiser so the front driver side mats need to be modified to have a clean surface to step through on the clutch with your left foot. I just used a dremel and a 1/2" cutting wheel to accommodate the clutch pedal as you hit it down every time.

I enjoy this product a lot especially out here in CO. I had read some posts that says you may need to trim the driver floor mat (FJ Cruiser) if you have a standard transmission (clutch) since the rest plate for your left foot gets in the way, but I did not. For the first day it seems like it’s going to bother you, but after you realize it’s there you quit hitting it. Didn’t want to trim the mat if I didn’t have to. Works great for me.

It could have a little grip on the backside to help it stay to the OEM plastic interior. Overall, fit well.
