I'm a sports mom, of course I'm going to have everything that lights up so the kids can play outside for longer! I HIGHLY recommend these lights if your family is active from spring-fall. I'd say winter too, but in Ohio the weather is hit or miss. I bought this for my son for Christmas to go with the basketball hoop AND the Glow City basketball. These light looks great and were very easy to install. However, if you are planning to give them as a gift (which I was), there is NO presentation. I was VERY disappointed with the box. They were recieved in a very small plain brown box with NO picture inside or out of what is in the box. So when it is opened you will have to explain what the lights are. My son is 12 and can figure out most things himself. He knew the remote worked the LED lights, but that was about it.
