Not a bad planter, fantastic customer service
----Update----- I am seriously impressed with the customer service at Watex. I messaged them about the broken caster and they got back to me really fast, even though it was a holiday weekend. They were very helpful and got me taken care of right away. The replacement arrived yesterday so now my little planter is fully functional and ready to go. If you're on the fence with this one at all, give it a try. It's a good little planter and the vendor is easy to work with. -------------- Good things first. I do really like this unit. It's sturdy and made of better quality materials than I was expecting. I don't doubt that it will do an admirable job holding plants when planting time starts. That said, there are a few things that could use improvement. 1, I got a busted caster. Not too worried about it because even if the company won't replace it, I'll be contacting them, it should be pretty easy to diy a fix. 2, you cannot change the basket configuration and expect to use the watering hoses. The emitters are fixed and can only be configured in the order that they're in. 3, the terminal end emitter free floats and doesn't drip. It doesn't have anything to lock it into place like the others do and whatever goes into that basket is going to get half the water of its counterpart 4, the adapter leaks at the hose but can probably be fixed with some teflon tape or a gasket. I'll update when I hear back from their customer service.

The perfect portable herb garden

I absolutely love this, I've been looking forever for a portable herb garden that's extremely functional, easy to set up and looks really awesome. It's great you can customize with the size and or color combination that fits your space and personality. I like this one because you don't have to take up counter space. We use a lot of herbs and while some can withstand the heat in Texas a lot of them can't and quite frankly buying herbs in the store is pricey. This can easily be on the patio and when the weather turns cold we can just roll it inside so those delicate herbs don't die.. I love the drip watering system so you don't have to worry about watering all the time.

Its great but a bit shaky when full.
This assembled really easily - we did not use the drip system. The only complaint is that the uprights are a bit thinner in diameter and despite being sturdy, the framework does shake a bit with the loaded pots installed. I don't plan on, nor do I recommend, pulling the sides to move the unit around. I plan to move the unit from the bottom, which will mean bending over and pulling, but that's fine because for the money, it is a great deal. Everything assembled easily and feels very sturdy; the locking castors are great, but I would recommend making sure you have one on each side rather than both on one side - just may be personal preference. I was unable to purchase in black, but the spring green color is okay - not my first choice, but I'm sure once stuff is growing it will blend. We filled each pot and it holds probably 35-40 pounds of soil. I would purchase again - Enjoy!

Not great, not terrible. Just not satisfying.
It’s a stand that holds specific containers for plants. I have plants in those containers, but the watering line doesn’t work very well. I’ve found that bottom watering once a week works much better. Don’t use this for plants that are sensitive to wind or grow more than a few inches tall or plants that are more than a few inches wide. Also, to quote my wife, “I thought it would be bigger. It was much bigger in the pictures, are you sure there isn’t more to it than that?It doesn’t even look like the right shade of orange-ish.” Flatly, it isn’t worth $130. Just get a shoe rack and some cheap planters. To be fair, my plants aren’t dead, they’re thriving but they’ll outgrow this thing in the next couple weeks.

I loved this as soon as I came across it. Perfect to add some life to a small space. I got the double. I didn't use the drip line at first but when it came time to go on vacation during triple digit summer it was a blessing. I just set an irrigation timer and my plants were taken care of for 4 days.

Lots of planting room for little spaces
This was so easy to put together. I think I had it assembled in under 10 minutes. I was a bit intimidated by the drip system at first. But it turned out to be easier to install, and have up and running than I initially thought. I purchased the double frame, which has plenty of space for all my little herbs in a compact size. Drainage is good. And I love the fact that I can cart it around as needed. It's lightweight, so anyone living in a windy area may want to keep that in mind. I live in a high wind area, so what I did was I drilled small holes into each of the individual pots and zip tied them to the frame for extra stability. And I'll be keeping the wall against my house. Overall I'm really pleased with my purchase.

Sturdy and easy to assemble
I bought the vertical planter primarily to help conserve space indoors over the winter since a number of plants I like to keep in the yard in the summer cannot always make it through the winters. The cart frame is very sturdy and I was able to assemble it alone in about 20 minutes. I like the design of the individual bins since some of my plants require more water than others and there is a grate at the bottom of each with some empty space below to help avoid any plants sitting in soggy soil. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and think the price point is excellent for the quality of the cart!

Decent option for a small outdoor space.
The size is perfect for our needs, and I like the basic design (drip down, wheels so I can turn, etc.). Based on the price, it was a good purchase. That said, the instructions were nearly impossible to follow. The drip system is a bit wonky, so you have to finesse it a little and turn on the water carefully. The base is not as sturdy as it probably should be given how much weight goes in each section, so turn carefully. Still, all in all, I am satisfied that I got what I paid for.
