The sizes are tough because you never know of you should get a little big or a little small! I normally wear a 7, so I got the 7/8. They are very comfortable and soft, keep ya toesies warm, but I do clomp around. I don't plan on sprinting in these, but if I need to quickly walk across the room to get something out of my 1 year olds mouth, im tossing these off so I don't trip.
