The media could not be loaded. In 2-1/2 years it has broken three times! I've replaced two motors and now it just doesn't work anymore at all. Too expensive for all the failures. Update 2: The seller is very professional and very concerned with ensuring my satisfaction. They offered several options to remedy the failure and since I am blessed with the ability to fix nearly anything, I opted to have replacement motors sent to me to install myself. They arrived about 10 days later! Very happy! Update: It has been a year and 1 motor failed totally and another is failing, turning at half speed. I have messaged the seller through Amazon and will update upon their response. The exterior pine bark finish has a beautiful mirror finish and is flawless. The memory foam "pillows" are provided in two sizes and are very good quality. Customizable settings including momentary rotation stop when the display door is opened. The rotation is seriously "whisper" quiet lending to the piece being as good as it looks. There is an option to turn on blue LED lighting, which is a tad bright (as some have mentioned) however, that is easily filtered by paper, tint film or other means of reducing the light lens transparency. This is the third winder I have purchased and so far is the best! "Third time's a charm"! The hinges, locking mechanism and key are of great quality as well. Highly recommended! ... show more

    • Great Watch Winder - but received the wood grain (pine) when we ordered black

The watch winder has been overall a very good purchase. We had ordered a Plano black case, but the case that we received was a dark mahogany color (pine). The overall look was still very good and dark enough that we kept the case. The case construction is excellent, glass is well mounted, watch winders are sturdy, and the hinges are strong. The watch pillows are a somewhat rubber-like material, which we like much better than the cloth or felt covered pillows we’ve used before. There were 8 for men's watches and 8 for women's watches which is nice since we both have automatic watches. The watches are held well, but without strain on the bands. They do not wiggle when the motors are turning. The case displays the watches well. The motors are very quiet. There are four different turning modes, with very good instructions in the manual as to which to use, depending on the watches you have. There are two motors - each controls two rotors, holding a total four watches. The motors can be adjusted separately. The motors cycle off and on quietly also. The wrong color case is likely an Amazon inventory problem. They actually changed our order - we ordered and Amazon acknowledged the black case but the delivery paper work said they were delivering wood grain(pine). ... show more

    • Spinners loose and hitting cabinet

Looks good but… Got this at Christmas for my husband. The bottom left holder is super loose (flopping around while spinning causing the watches to hit the cabinet and stop spinning. So while we like the looks it did not even last 6months. Very disappointing!

I have had two of these for nearly a year now that has performed as I would expect. The only watch that I have had an issue with was a H. Moser and Cie Pioneer with their manufactured movement. The angle that this winder places the watch did not work with the Moser. It appears to need straight up and down. I see this as a Moser issue, not the winder. I've had over a dozen other brands in these over the past year and no other watch had an issue. These include Rolex, Grand Seiko, Omega, Breitling, Oris, Zodiac, Ball, Zenith, Longines, Panerai, Tudor, Patek, Glashutte Original, and a few more. I like these so much that I've ordered a third cover for my future needs. I've had other brands including wolf in the past. I feel these the pillows on these accommodate more watch types and are very easy on the watch finish. ... show more

Motors dead after 10 months. No support from company not even a single respond. Now this crap is useless. stay away. Update : After i wrote this review the support team reached me out by email about the issue. They offered a replacement or refund. I demanded refund so they did.
